From Recovery Mode
run the below in terminal
csrutil disable
reboot
download driver from
http://mylabsk.blogspot.com/2012/02/generic-usb-20-10100m-ethernet-adaptor.html
install and reboot
run the below in terminal
sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/USBCDCEthernet.kext
reboot
